All classes are open to members and non-members. You can reserve a class or get more information by sending an email to classes@extremelifefitness.com. Annual members can attend all classes for free.

Class Descriptions

Core Synergetics

Core Synergetics combines the technique and balance training of ballet with specific core exercises that mirror yoga and Pilates. This class starts with a 10 minute warm up and progresses to a full body workout that requires focus both mentally and physically. Class ends with a stretch and cool down. If you're looking for a slow-paced, intermediate, full-body workout, Core Synergetics is for you. (1 hour)

Core Therapeutics

Core Therapeutics is for women 55 years of age or older. This 60-minute class begins with a low impact warm up, then progresses to intermediate stretches. All exercises are low impact. Class ends with a thorough stretch and cool down. If you want to maintain your mobility or appreciate a slow-paced and casual atmosphere, Core Therapeutics is for you. (1 hour)

Interval Training

Interval Training is a mirror image of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) This class focuses on burning calories and increasing your overall endurance through a full-body, high impact workout. Class starts with a 10 minute warm up, then moves straight into interval training. Class ends with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. (1 hour)

Cardio Core

Cardio Core focuses on burning calories and building core strength. Class starts with a 10 minute warm up followed with 1 minute intervals of cardio and core exercises. Class ends with a 10 minute cool down. (70 minutes)

Outdoor Speed Training

Outdoor Speed Training focuses on explosive speed and agility training. This class will be held outside of the gym at the Silver Lake High School track. Class starts with a 10 minute warm up, followed by 50 minutes of training, and ends with a 10 minute cool down. (70 minutes)
